Owner/Tap Room Manager
Ellen is fill in the gaps, jack of all trades girl. Running the tap room, cleaning kegs, canning, social media-everything but brewing basically. You'll most likely find her behind the bar serving customers or connecting with people creating community. Outside of the brewery you'll find her as chaos manager of 4 kids and 2 dogs. She has a love of baking, crafting, cooking, playing cards, traveling, and hanging out with my people.
